1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Software and Applications: Refunds are available for software and mobile applications within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, proof of purchase is required.
  • Customized Solutions: Customized software and applications are not eligible for refunds. This includes any products that have been tailored to meet specific requirements beyond the standard features.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

3. Processing Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will review and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, please check your bank account again, and then contact your credit card company or bank. 5. Exchanges

We only replace software and applications if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at thewebpino@gmail.com with details of the defect or damage.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom software and mobile applications
  • Any software or applications that have been used or activated
  • Services such as installation, customization, or training
